These meetings provide the opportunity for Nurse Managers to learn ways to improve practices and patient care through effective leadership. These meetings will provide an opportunity for Chaplains/Bereavement Coordinators to network with one another as well as provide a platform for sharing/learning skills that will help in providing support for patients, family and coworkers.
